Make sure you have food, water, batteries, candles and matches, etc. ready incase you need them. Charge your cell phones and any other devices that may need it. As you well know, this winter has been a beast. Here in the Catskill Mountains in NY there has been absolutely no break since November. Autumn ended and KABOOM! there has been no respite. We are on the edge of the area you are reporting on and I am hopeful that means we will be spared because we already have over a foot on the ground with layers of ice in between. My poor dogs don't even want to go out because their feet freeze immediately. We all have CABIN FEVER and cannot wait for an abatement from the low temps and I know we are headed into a POLAR VORTEX next week....Thanks for keeping us posted Ben.
